Amol

Amol is a corporate commercial lawyer with over two decades of experience on both sides of the table. Amol hails from the commercial capital of Central India, Indore. He started his career as a practicing advocate at Indore and worked on matters relating to Employment and Labour Laws, Writs, Value Added Tax (VAT), Companies Act and appeared before Labour Court, High Court, Company Law Board, Central Administrative Tribunal etc.

He has also been on the other side of the table as an inhouse counsel and has served various large corporates like Eicher Motors, ICICI Prudential, Kotak, ING, Future Generali and Dream Sports, on areas ranging from Regulatory, White Collar Crime, Law Enforcement Engagements, Writs in HC/SC, Strategic Litigation, Large Commercial Contracts, Due Diligences, Transactions and Fundraise etc. which gave him an immense understanding of the way corporates think and function.

At Lex Prudence he is building a team that can cater to the requirements of the corporates and bring his 18+ years of inhouse experience to use in solving business legal problems.
